Expect to wait 20 minutes or longer for an aide to help you use the bathroom. (Skilled nursing.) My mom spent almost a month in this facility. It might have been all right except for the long wait to go to the bathroom, which was a HUGE problem. When my sister and I were visiting, aides took 20 or more minutes to help her to the bathroom. On just one occasion, someone came in 13 minutes while I was visiting. My mom reported that someone came in three minutes one day and she was thrilled. She also reported having to wait almost an hour at other times. I spoke to Dominic after about a week and he seemed upset that she had to wait 20 minutes. He said they try to get to the room within 2 minutes but if they're busy or can take up to 5 minutes; he also said it would never take close to an ho

My mom was in rehab at Advanced several months ago after a difficult recovery in the hospital from surgery for a hip fracture. If you have to go to rehab, this is where you want to be. It feels like a hotel. You have a private room and bathroom. My mom had physical therapy six days a week. The food was good. I appreciated that they brought her to the dining room for meals. Must most importantly, the staff is professional, responsive, and compassionate. The occupational and physical therapists, Becky and Matt, are amazing. The nurses and nursing assistants are kind and caring. Robert and Alina were especially kind to me during some rough patches in my mom’s recovery. Advanced healthcare of Albuquerque is the best place ever! All the staff took extremely good care of my father-in-law during his rehabilitation from a broken hip. I can’t say enough good things about advanced healthcare. The staff and technicians were caring, the food was good, bathrooms and the whole facility were clean, and the therapists were outstanding.

Attentive staff and clean facility. This is where you want your loved one to heal and strengthen before being able to go home. Ali, our weekend therapist, was very knowledgeable and comprehensive in his approach. Diana and Juana were especially helpful whenever we needed anything. You will never believe. I am in Advantage Care to get IV antibiotics because the Presbyterian doctor did not culture the blood Infection so I needed more iv antibiotics. So far they have given me a terrible case of the norovirus so I cant go home and now...did not get my antibiotic last night. I heard the pharmacy myself state they dont know why it wasn't sent last night but they would send it out tonight. I am already allergic to 4 antibiotics. Starting and stopping antibiotics only causes more allergies. I'm furious this facility claims it did not get the antibiotic. They even had the nerve to tell me that they have to pay for it. I am in danger of losing my toe because no one took care of the wound at Presbyterian and no correct antibiotic. I'm so sick with this norovirus this fa
