Loved this place! Doctor Osemene was friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment went fast and I did not have to wait long in the waiting area. I'd go here for any foot/ankle issue

I’m sorry i never give bad reviews but if this is customer service they give you we need the Doctor to know this is a private practice they loosing on patients also I needed a medical assistant. I been working customer service for over 30years. Trust me I’m way off from being a Karen I’m very friendly and very customer oriented. First thing they answer we not making appointments online. Greet the customer for once and name of the establishment. Two over 15 min data entry she is not capable of entering information. There is other jobs that fits people this is not for her. I’m sorry but I felt you wasted lots of my time. Hopefully the doctors are good high rating. This is a customer service issue.

Part 1 of 3: I had my very first appointment on August 11, 2025. At this appointment it was determined by Dr. Grossman that I should discontinue use of my current orthotics and his office would contact my insurance company to see if they would cover new orthotics. They took a scan of my feet so as to save me from a trip back to the office. On August 12, 2025, I received a voicemail stating, “The orthotics are covered 100%, we’re going to go ahead and order them and when they come in, we’ll give you a call. It usually takes about 2 weeks.” I did call the office back on August 12th to let them know I had received their voicemail, that it was good to hear they will be covered, and I asked a question related to the scan from the day prior. I tell you like this I can walk again with no pain no pain no pain. The staff was the best. Dr. O is a master. They made the process from beginning to end so easy. And after care was truly a great experience
