Been a patient here for about a year. Both appointments, no one was there when I came to my appointment and the building was locked. When I called the customer service line, I was notified that my appointments had been cancelled without notification to me. No respect for their patient’s time or medical needs.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!! SHOULD NOT even give ONE star! This dental office is the most inefficient practice we have been to or NOT. They schedule and confirm appointments on days that they are NOT OPEN! Have many appointments like this! Very frustrating! Take time off from work, change plans on weekends for nothing! Stay away, find another dentist! Very unprofessional!!! Shame !!!

There’s lots of options in this area, avoid this one. Scheduled an appointment for today Friday December 19th and I arrive just to be told my appointment was being cancelled because they didn’t have enough assistants. Things happen but not even having the decency to call me before I took the time out of my day to go down to my appointment just to find out once there that the appointment is being cancelled is such a bad look.

This place is beyond unprofessional. Went here with a serious dental issue only to be pushed out for 2 months for an appointment. Reiterated i was afraid of losing these teeth if they were not addressed right away. Just had one of the teeth completely break. I called the office because this is a dental emergency. They basically told me Goodluck doctor not taking any patients since she's leaving. Practice should be shut down entirely. Update: Went to another dental practice today. Ended up losing one of my teeth because this practice neglected their patients. This place should be sued for negligence.

AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE - I have had the most bizarre experience here! After several appointments with my original dentist, she left the practice, and the office found someone to cover for her. My first appointment with the replacement dentist was a big disappointment. I waited about an hour, and the new dentist only spent 15 minutes on cleaning my teeth. He didn't even turn on the light during the process. The only thing he emphasized during the appointment was to buy the product that he developed. Then comes the bizarre part. I came back for a second appointment with the new dentist 6 months later. One day before the appointment, I received an automated text message reminding me of the appointment.
