Advanced Family Dental Care

I had a filling done on the back of my front teeth. They got something from the procedure on the front of my teeth and I didn't notice until I got in my car because my mouth was numb. I walked back in to get it corrected, I left the office for maybe a minute at most, and they would not even come out to look at it. They told the receptionist it is just because I'm numb and that they did not touch the front of my teeth so maybe it was already there. It was absolutely not already there, and this is unacceptable.

This place is filled with clowns, including the dentist himself. Receptionists don’t know what they’re doing but the dentist is something else. Called me less than an hour before my procedure to tell me even though he recommended a retreatment, he’s never actually done one before and I should just listen to what aspen dental recommended. So I asked if I was still coming in for another tooth that required a root canal and he said if I feel comfortable I CAN. So I told him I’d just cancel since he’s unsure of basically any part of my procedures and he agreed. Absolute joke. And that’s after waiting weeks in pain because they were waiting on insurance/ the dentist to look at films/ me waiting for them to pick up the phone. They call themselves butternut family dentistry but this is the number

Very professional, caring, skilled and personable and has taken great care of our whole family's dental health: routine checkups, work accidents, sporting accidents, dental emergencies etc. We are very satisfied with Dr. O'Connor and her capable staff...all very friendly too.
