Dr Loranger and her associates are very pleasant and professional. They spend all the time with you that you need. And I liked their choice of frames.

I enjoyed my first visit to Advanced Eyecare. Everyone was very nice, and the office environment was very welcoming.Dr Loranger was great. It was great that they did not make you feel like you were in a rush they took their time and that made the visit even better.

Had my first and last appointment on October. The Dr. was fine. Months later, after me calling them, calling my insurance, they've not manged to bill my insurance correctly, and continue to send me incorrect bills. Both my insurance and Advanced Eyecare acknowledged the problem was with Advanced Eyecare, but they failed to follow up on their mistake as promised, other then sending me bills that wouldn't exist if they had billed my insurance. if you have Anthem or Eyemed I wouldn't go here, they don't know how to bill those insurance companies and you're going to have a headache. Edit - After emailing the practice and posting this review, they reached out and apologized for lack of communication. They removed the remaining balance from my bill, and said that my insurance was mistaken

Staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Loranger took the time to explain my eye condition and offered recommendations for me to try. I felt heard and taken care of!
