Advanced Eyecare Associates

This was my first time at advanced Eyecare associates. All the girls were so great and welcoming. From the front desk to the person taking me back to do the different eye tests to their person helping me with my new glasses and going over what my insurance covers. I saw Dr Lopez; she is awesome! She was so outgoing and made the visit enjoyable. You actually understood everything she was explaining and didn’t have to go huh what does that mean. I’m looking forward to future visits and would love to see Dr Lopez again.

All the staff at AEA are always professional, friendly, and helpful. They took their time, answered all my questions and helped me to select the perfect frames! Dr Lopez was very attentive, listened to my concerns and helped to find a solution. Thank you girls!

The team member that was assigned to me, seemed a little cold, had no emotion, and never smiled. I started to tell her one of my eyes was injured, but I didn't get the chance. She interrupts me saying, " You can tell me in the next room". She didn't explain things well, I felt like I was bothering her. I thought she was the doctor, she wasn't (thank God). I hope she was just having a bad day versus having that attitude everyday. The Dr. and everyone else there were great and likeable.

The staff and front office was awesome , the eye doctor was not as thorough as Dr Soares . I asked about the eye pressure test she said we can do it every other year . I told her my insurance is changing please go it she said ok . When she performed the test it was not the same . No air was shot in eye . Then she said everything is the same no number was given . So after that I did not even ask about the dye test . I have seen Dr. Soares for 25 years and there is no one like him . He takes his job very seriously and I did not get the same treatment . I will not be returning.

Staff and doctors were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Overall, they did a great job!
