Advanced Ear Care

In a physician and a patient at advanced ear care for the past few years. Customer service (especially Susie!) is amazing and their technicians are very competent. They have always gone above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Any time I’ve had an issue with my hearing aids they are timely with repairs. I highly recommend you use them.

My husband is a military veteran, and had hearing aids from the VA. He had sent them in for repair / and the VA mailed them back to us. I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to reconnect the hearing aid back together again. We had run to the local VA in Laguna Hills, but they were unable to help us (their technician was out). My husband had been without his hearing aids for three weeks - the weekend was approaching - and we were both desperate to get our lives back to normal again. I gave Advanced Ear Care five stars not only because I am totally satisfied with my new hearing aids but also because of the wonderful staff here in Laguna Woods. I could never imagine that I would be this happy with hearing aids. However, I took Isaac's recommendation and they are so wonderful I don't even know I'm wearing them. Isaac is not only a knowledgeable and most competent hearing aid specialist ... he is also very personable. Susie always greets me with a smile when I come in the door. I have been using Advance Ear for decades and they have always been honest and reasonable and so so helpful when I have the inevitable accident with a hearing aid and have to have it repaired or replaced.
