This office NEVER answers the phone or gets back to you. Very poor customer service. I've been a patient for about 10 years and unfortunately i can't stay with them any longer because they don't follow through with insurances on time or at all. I've left voicemails and no one gets back to me. I've had to contact other locations for assistance. Do better
LOVE my provider,Arielle Miller, seriously book her, BUT I cannot get in touch with the front desk. I have been calling since September following an appointment regarding a medication. I have spoke to a person who said they were taking care of it, but then didn't, I have left over 5 messages, been on hold numerous times, with no one helping at he front desk, to get a simple pre-authorization for a medication from an appointment in SEPTEMBER.
The visit went well , but the office manager made excuses when I told her about why my pharmacist didn't receive the prescriptions that we're never sent too them , They totally forgot to send in my prescriptions in , I felt like she didn't even care when speaking too her , should brushed me off like it wasn't a big deal , she shouldn't be working there. Terrible aditude
My visit was for MOS on my left leg. The wound leaked profusely for 30 days starting a few hours after surgery. I called, no one seemed to care until they finally called me, I saw another doctor, he thought it might be infected, got antibiotics and stopped leaking 10 days later.
