Called on January 9th to speak to my doctor and had to leave a message because it was after hours which is fine. Honestly expected a call back Monday January 12th but to date (February 5th) I still haven't received a call back.

Subpar care at most! I was a first time patient and I work in healthcare so maybe I have different standards of medical practice etiquette. Front desk staff seem nice, my issue was when I was brought back into the exam room no one introduced themselves, the lady who screened me could've been a MA, nurse, PA, no clue... as a first time patient I would assume they would say their name and title, then this lady proceeds to take pictures of my skin on an IPad with no explanation.... I felt violated and weird especially since my skin condition is near an intimate area. That could've been explained with an option to opt-out. Then while I was waiting for the Dr. other staff kept coming in and out of the exam room without knocking. I've never been to a practice where they don't knock before enteri

The doctor is very kind and professional, and I truly value her care. However, on several occasions, I’ve noticed that the front desk staff does not greet patients as warmly as one would expect. A friendly greeting and more attentive attitude would make a big difference in the experience from the moment you walk in.

Dr Brody is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He listened to my concerns and proceeded to do what was necessary and made me feel comfortable. The staff is also very friendly! Highly recommend!
