As a new patient, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this facility. The doctor herself was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and very friendly with my 7-month-old son, who is the patient. During the appointment, she ordered cultures to determine what was causing the issue with my son’s scalp. She clearly explained that the results would return within 48–72 hours. She also outlined two treatment options: Option A if the results were negative, and Option B if they were positive. Everything seemed simple and straightforward. Our appointment was on Tuesday, February 10. Based on the 48–72 hour timeframe provided, we expected to have results by Friday at the latest.
