Today was my 1st appointment for the office. The ladies at the desk were so kind, courteous so helpful. Wait time was quick. Once I was called into the office the assistant asked questions, listened carefully and was so professional. Dr. Jennifer Wong was the doctor I seen today and went over all my concerns, explained everything during the visit. Made an appointment for a month from now with the ladies at the desk. So nice, professional which makes this a comforting atmosphere. I would have given more then 5 Stars if I could. Definitely recommend this place.

Dr Tricolli is a absolutely wonderful dermatologist! He takes time & care with you and answers all your questions and addresses all your concerns in a friendly, concise manner. He has is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff at his practice are also very nice and courteous. I have seen Dr. Tricolli twice now and it has always been an excellent experience! Thank you!

I should have read the reviews before I went! Absolutely a waste of time and money. One of the women at the front desk was incredibly rude. All the automated intake forms I filled out online before the visit were not reviewed, and it became apparent they just wanted to inject my face and charge me rather than provide general dermatology care. Luckily, I walked out before they could ruin my face like some of the other comments below. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.

Update: (after this review) they eventually confirmed my balance was cleared, which I appreciate. But it took multiple calls, mixed messages and no one ever called back to tell me it was resolved. Glad it’s fixed, but it shouldn’t have been this hard. ———— I was told—twice—that my visit would be coded as preventive and fully covered. Woman called Destiny promised I wouldn’t get a bill. And guess what? I did. When I called, they suddenly claimed it “can’t be coded as preventive”—but only after the appointment (I was clear I wouldn’t go through it if it was billed). This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a bait-and-switch: unprofessional, dishonest, and flat-out predatory. The receptionists and one of the Medical Assistant like to talk about patients and they made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable when we walked out the room. I work for the medical field and I would never make patients feel uncomfortable.
