If you want to truly feel like a number this is your place. The front desk staff is rude and acts put out. Anytime you call in you get routed to a call center where each person you speak with, whether it’s scheduling or billing has a language barrier and the background noise is so loud you can barely hear the broken English. I’ve gone to advanced derm for the past several years and hoped with each experience it would improve, this last time was it though, I called to reschedule my appointment the person kept me on the hour for 15 min trying to locate an appointment to move me to and finally I said just cancel I’ll call back I can’t stay on the phone this long I was at work. I just received a no-show fee due to the inept person not canceling my appointment.

Be aware good faith estimates are not accurate and no advance notice of what you will be charged for procedures are provided. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred and no codes on the good faith estimate were charged.

Do NOT go to the Meridian office. The front desk person (Jackie) is the rudest person and speaks down to you, doesn’t let you get a word in and basically makes you feel like anything that is wrong is your fault. In my case I tried to reschedule an appointment and she questioned every other appointment I had scheduled for the year (all were for separate medical issues). She even tried to cancel one of my appointments because it was within a month of a second appointment (again, for a DIFFERENT issue). I see multiple other comments about this receptionist (even one that indicates her name) and NO ONE has a good experience with her. Why is she still working there??? I've been to the Englewood office twice. At checkin for the first appointment, I provided both primary and secondary insurance information which was copied by the front desk staff. Within a week of the first appointment, I was billed for the appointment despite submitting insurance information. This required calling the billing office and resubmitting insurance information for a second time. The billing office notified me that they didn't have my insurance information therefore I was billed directly. At the end of my first appointment, I scheduled a followup appointment (at checkout) for blue light therapy. This was scheduled for today (several months later), however, after I was checked in I was told that I had been improperly scheduled for a routine appointment and that I would need to

Amazing experience from beginning to end. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I called this morning at 10:30 and got an appt for 1:30, I showed up at 1:15 parked 15 feet from the door and the place was packed with a revolving door of patients, I was out of there by 1:55 pm. I didn’t use insurance and the price seemed super fair and reasonable. Super confused by all of the negativity for this place on here. The staff was over the top nice and accommodating.
