I witnessed consistent unprofessionalism that affected both staff and patients. Team morale was extremely low and turnover was high, which says a lot about the internal dysfunction. Several medical assistants openly made negative remarks about patients, which created an atmosphere that felt neither compassionate nor ethical. There was little accountability, and the focus seemed to be on volume rather than care. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes improving staff training, professionalism, and respect for both patients and employees.

Beware — you may be charged for services you don’t actually receive. I came in for a follow-up appointment based on their recommendation to have spots removed from my sons skin. When I arrived, they didn’t perform the removal but still charged me for the appointment and for a special ointment that was never used. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

What an absolute gem of a doctors office!! Dr Moinfar and Doctor Landers are absolutely the BEST - outstanding on every level!! In addition, the staff is so on their game, talented, incredibly nice and friendly- also outstanding on every level!! I’ve been a patient for years, and my entire family see this group exclusively!! Giant shoutout to the entire team - 5 stars all the way!!

I really like the staff here-Friendly and professional. I had the "Coolsculpting" procedure done by Carmen. She is very knowledgeable and well trained. If you're thinking about receiving this procedure I highly recommend seeing her. She is an excellent technician with lots of experience
