The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because I love my doctor Ericka and the nursing staff I have dealt with have all been amazing, but every time I have ever called the office, they do not pick up the phone. I just don’t understand why I can’t ever get a human on the phone to schedule an appointment.

I too had to wait a long time but here is why I AM BEYOND BEYOND ANGRY!!! AS A VERY CARING EXP NURSE WHOM SAVED MANY LIVES I AM BEYOND ANGRY!!!! HOW MANY TIMES I BEGGED HER BEGGED HER TO PLEASE PLEASE FEEL MY HEAD!!!!! Yet NOPE! Put her fingers ONLY ON A STRAND OF HAIR!!!! Then TOLD ME ITS STRESS I SAID NO! I explained why I know it’s not!!! Also she never ever ever did anything about my sever hair loss!!!! Last time I went and AGAIN SHOWED HER THE AMOUNT OF HAIR I WAS LOSING WAS IN NO WAY FROM STRESS SND I AGAIN EXPLAINED TO HER WHY I KNOW THIS!!! DID SHE LISTEN? Nope! AND SHE LIED TO ME!!!! Said she was ordering me a medication to help AND NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING! Blew me off!!!! NOW ALL OF MY LONG THICK BEAUTIFUL HAIR IS GONE!!! THATS NOT THE WORST PART!!!!!! All my organs are BAD NOW A

It's crazy that I have to schedule an annual exam, as a repeat patient no less, over 6 months in advance. Then when I go to the appointment at the scheduled time, I am waiting in the lobby for at least 45 minutes, only to have Dr. P look at me for less than 10 minutes. If I was 45 minutes late to an appointment, any reasonable doctors office would ask me to reschedule. Why is that so complicated the other way around?

Absolutely horrific. Trust the reviews, don’t go near this place. Very rare to see a doctor with a score this low and it’s for good reason.

every time i have come to this place i’ve had to wait 45 mins to almost 2 hours. it’s ridiculous manage your bookings better, because im not the only one who’s been sitting in the waiting room for stupid long amounts of time. i have stuff planned around my appointment yet the 2 hours i took out for it still isn’t enough because after finally being taken out of the waiting room after an hour, i have to continue to wait for the doctor. so stupid. would leave 0 if i could bc the doctors are not good enough to be waiting this long.
