Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff serving you in a beautiful, clean office. Very efficient scheduling, little wait time which everyone appreciates that their time is respected. I saw Olivia today and she was very thorough in her exam and explained everything in detail, offering her recommendation as well as options. Katy assisted sharing clear and accurate information prior to and following my exam. Check out was just as efficient and I already have my follow up appointment. Great experience at the Salem location. The Boardman location has always been a wonderful experience too but I'm grateful to have this level of care so close to home.

The office staff was amazing. The decor in the lobby waiting room was pretty impressive. All the comforts of home! Kaitlyn (MA) was very nice, professional, & made me feel very comfortable. I have one word for Casey (who I saw today)….AWESOME! I couldn’t have been happier. They are definitely there to help with whatever you’re struggling with! What a great all around experience I had! I will definitely refer friends/family. What a fantastic team @ Advance Dermatology in Salem!!

Everyone there is very friendly, thorough and professional. Very short wait times to be called back to the exam room and then to be examined. Exam was quick but very thorough and everything was explained completely. This was my fourth visit to either the Salem or the Boardman office and each has been a 5-star experience.

Olivia and staff were great to work with. I have vitiligo and she gave me some hope to getting my face back to one color. I am excited to see if I get good results. I would definitely recommend the staff. The facility was beautiful and inviting.

My husband and I both had visits this afternoon. We were nicely accommodated so that we could both go at the same time. The staff was perfection from signing in, to treatment room and checkout.Advanced Dermatology is our new go to! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!!
