Advanced Dental Spa

Today I went to Advanced dental Spa as a new patient. I have some pretty bad teeth and was a bit worried about their reactions. Simone brought me into the room and did my x-rays and she was very pleasant and personable. She was calm and took my concerns into consideration and was patient with me. No judgments and kept a cheery attitude. I also saw Dr. Khalifa today and she explained things thoroughly and what she thought would be the best course of action and also, no judgment. She was also pleasant and listened to my concerns. If this is what to expect than I am very glad I chose them. They both deserve recognition for outstanding service. Thank you.

Went in because I had partials that went across the roof of my mouth which didn't sit correctly for me and was bothering me. The dental assistant Alison was great and gave me the option to cut it so they were individuals that I can pop in instead and she did that made sure the fit properly, shaved it down a couple of times until they were what I wanted and fit comfortably. She was awesome! I have been coming here for years with my children and have never had an issue. Definitely recommend 👌

I have been going here for years, they’re always great & pleasant and will work with your schedule to give you the best appointment time that works for you. Whatever you go there for you will come out with happy results, very nice people, very clean place and you don’t have to wait and sit. The waiting time is very short and they do their job very well. Never called me back. Had an appnt. they did not know my condition (even tho everything was on my record) and I had called ahead asking if they need it something/pre authorizations, etc. due to my condition. They said everything was good and surprise, the day of my appnt. they said they do need stuff after all. Staff said they were going to contact my doctor and called me back in a couple days, two weeks passed and no contact and when I called, they said they don’t know what I was talking about so I explained again and they said they will call me back with info. so I can finally schedule the appnt. Couldn't be more comfortable, content and candid, Advanced Dental Spa is number one. I have never been treated by a dentist, iny somewhat long life with such care, kindness compassion. Five stars
