Advanced Dental Clinic, PA

This place is literally a GOD SEND. I needed a tooth extracted ASAP due to intense pain and my regular dentist refused to see me. I got sent to this place and let me tell you. They took my pain seriously and immediately told me to come in. I also gave them a heads up that I was expecting and they went above and beyond making sure nothing they gave me would be bad for the baby. As son as I got to the office the wonderful receptionist (I am so sorry I forgot your name but it started with a C) was in the phone with my insurance making sure they would be able to pay for the service. The doctor and his dental hygienist were super sweet, making sure I understood everything that was happening and that I was comfortable the entire time. They had to give me anesthesia three different times because

Had some temp caps replaced to perment crowns. Exceptional work and the new digital scan fit my teeth perfectly no issues. The doctors a Veteran at his craft and does an exceptional job.

Please pick another dentist. The receptionist is a horrible person. I contacted them about changing insurance. The person I spoke with told me I had an outstanding balance of $45. I was just there less than 2 weeks ago and spent over $300. I thought I asked her a pretty simple question in reference to the amount I spent. This cost of $300 was with dental insurance and all they could tell me is the insurance doesn't cover any of the procedures. Apparently dental cleaning either. The billing personnel have no idea what they're doing. When I asked a question about the procedures when they charge me $300 was to pick up a book with the codes thumb through it and look at me like I'm mentally challenged. Clueless!!!!!!

I ABSOLUTELY adore Dr. Elzawahry! He is so compassionate and patient! I have a huge fear of the dentist and he has helped me overcome it! I had to get my wisdom teeth extracted and he just kept talking me through letting me know each and every step, reminding me to breathe, and giving me reassurance the whole time! I couldn’t ask for a better experience or a better Dentist❤️
