Truly the best dentist! I’ve been to quite a few dentists but this one is by far the best. They are very patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They’re not kidding when they say they’re advanced. Dr. Caloca is just the sweetest! I’m a newer patient and I’ve had a few appointments already to get work done and they are all high quality dentists! One of my appointments was to get fillings redone on my front teeth from a previous dentist and they truly truly fixed/perfected the coloring! I am so happy to find such a great team.

Dentist are an important medical event. Finding the correct Dentist is an important adventure. Dr. Layman is very intelligent, professional and fun. I know he will do it correctly and he tells you what is happening throughout the process. If you have a question, he will answer it right away. His team helped the appointment go very smoothly.

I would not recommend this establishment. After having several X-rays, the hygienist asked for someone from the front desk to explain a ‘treatment plan’. After their sales pitch, I agreed, because i thought they had my best interest in mind. They also knew I was a cash paying patient do to being laid off. After this recommended treatment plan, which cost $377, another front desk employee was brought to sell an additional treatment plan, costing $260. After the first treatment plan, I thought everything I needed was covered.in the original payment Why would the hygienist discuss the treatment plan recommended, but then have that plan broken up into two separate charges? One would think when an entire treatment plan is discussed and a cost is provided, that patient would receive the entiret

I went for the discount cleaning as I received a card in the mail. After taking x rays and 3d scans which took over an hour I was told they could not do a cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning that would be over $1000. I was also told I needed Invisalign or I would eventually lose all of my teeth. This caused an enormous amount of stress as I am a single mom of 3 and told them this. After all was said and done I sat with a rep that said they would gladly take my $10,000 in payments. I went to another dentist in Chagrin Falls that gets excellent reviews. He did my cleaning and X-rays himself as he was out one hygienist and they were very busy. I was so nervous he might say the same thing and I nearly cried when he said your teeth look good and there’s just one spot we want to watch but

We have been going to Dr. Layman for 20 plus years. He is competent and will tell you what needs to be done and why and if it can wait or not. Love Advanced Dental Care. Everyone is always polite and kind and the the hygienist are top notch. I had Jenna and she was excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
