This place is a joke..I have been coming here for 5 years..but the last 3 appointments have been horrible. First appointment I came to I waited 40.minutes, second appointment 25 minutes and my last appointment today , which I am still waiting on to be seen, I am on an hour and counting. I only come here because I am veteran and the VA is paying. My choice.i would go somewhere else. Totally unacceptable..poor scheduling. Same excuse were running behind. How bout if I am late, they would charge the VA or cancel my appointment. This how you show appreciation for a veteran. Sad.

I'm very fortunate that Advanced Dental Arts works strongly with VA in the community where I live. There office is second to none having some of the newest Dental equipment and professional staff who are always willing do the extra care of their patient's. I always have had the same Dental Hygienist to work with. She's the Best

I went for my periodontal treatment yesterday. Linda, a temporary fill-in for Anna, did the treatment, but it was not like any normal perio treatment I ever had! She only had to do my bottom teeth since the uppers were only 6 implants. She scraped the 8 lower ones in front a little that weren't caps. Then went around with a round whirly brush, then flossed, then rinsed! Never did any probing between teeth and gums or the gingival irrigation that I paid for. I don't believe I'll be going back to them next year. I would rather pay my independent dentist office I have been going to for the past 45 years!

Waiting to schedule my follow up treatment. Got a text over one week ago to call and schedule. Left 2 voice mail message. No one answers the phone or calls you back. Update. Called about 20 times in a row until someone picked up. Just to find out that it was just an automatic message that was sent to me schedule appointment. I asked if they got the pre approvals back from insurance they said no. So I asked why are they sending me request to schedule service if not approved and they could not provide an answer. Very disorganized. As far as not returning calls they said they had limited office hours. Maybe you should update your voice mail message and state this or hire more people to take calls.

Everyone is nice, place is clean. However, I have been waiting months to finally get my dentures. Every adjustment has to be sent somewhere else, and takes a minimum of two weeks. Repeated, who knows the total time wasted.
