We are extremely dissatisfied with this practice. The only reason we went to them is because it was recommended by the insurance company as their in network partner and they do dentures. We took my in law to them, who has dementia, hoping they could be understanding, and help us through a prompt delivery since she had lost her previous dentures and was having difficulties eating. Since the first day we went there, we realized they have a protocol "or SCAM they run" where they make you go at least 3-5 times so they could bill the insurance. We spoke to the doctor about how difficult it is to bring her to so many appointments, etc and the doctor said we will do the impressions today and you will just come back in 3 weeks to pick up the dentures. Everyone at the office is great! Extremely service oriented, organized, friendly. Makes going to the dentist so much better. Also my hygienist Daylis was SO great to work with, her knowledge and her patient and careful guidance is responsible for my improvement in my periodontal pockets. She is very committed to her work, seems like she loves her job, and that is just the best!

I have lost most of my teeth to bad dentist. This is the first place that actually sat down and showed me what my insurance would pay and we took in from there. Every other dentist would have me keep coming in and just doing X-rays and cleaning every time, the real problems I had were never addressed. I f you want to go to a dentist office where they take excellent care of you and help you get all the dental benefits you're entitled to.
