I’ve been coming here regularly for about four years for routine chiropractic adjustments and massages, and the quality has been consistently excellent. Dr. Paul is top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and highly skilled. But what truly keeps me coming back week after week is the massage therapy, especially sessions with Elena. She is one of the best massage therapists in town. She has an ability to target problem areas while still delivering a deeply relaxing massage. They also take insurance, which makes regular care much more accessible. Pro tip: ask for a full 50-minute session with Elena. You won’t be disappointed.

Got a same-day appointment with Dr. Paul Capuling. He listened, and the staff was friendly. I also received acupuncture and a massage, both of which were amazing. I left with less pain and better mobility and already scheduled my follow-up. Highly recommend.

Elena is a very talented and skilled massage therapist who knows exactly where to focus her efforts to release pain and tension from your body. After only two sessions the chronic pain in my hip and shoulders resolved. Now I continue for ongoing maintenance and conditioning. Thanks to Elena I am finally pain free!
