The team of professionals demonstrated a high level of expertise and compassion, making my rehabilitation journey as smooth as possible. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional work of Stephanie the Director of Social Work. She was incredibly supportive, empathetic, and knowledgeable, providing invaluable guidance and resources throughout my treatment. Her dedication to her clients is evident in the way she went above and beyond to address my concerns and needs. I found all the staff to be friendly and willing to assist me during my stay at wasAdvanced Center For Nursing and Rehabilitation. Stephanie Bates who was my social worker was especially dedicated in making sure that all my needs were met. She responded to all my requests no matter by phone or text. She was especially instrumental in making sure my discharge needs were fulfilled. And I found the nursing services to be first rate. They

I am currently a resident at this facility. The staff is friendly, kind and conscientious. They don't treat us like patience they treat us like family the social workers are also wonderful staff, I am currently working personally with Stephanie Bates and I couldn't ask for a better person to handle my needs.

the administration lady sucks. she has a attitude problem, not sure why because she makes money to do nothing. doesn’t return calls, takes credit for the work people under her do. doesn’t care that the patients in her care are not happy, lets them sit outside and beg for money and smoke god knows what. when you walk past the rooms in the hallway you see about half of them are occupied by a hoarder which is probably the reason why the neighboring rooms have numerous types of different bugs and rodents. they feed their patients a piece of toast (i think they make sure it’s stale before they serve it) with an ounce of fake egg, not suitable for any kind of adult. the aids let their patients sit in their own urine and feces until they get off their phone to clean them right before their shift
