Advanced Care Pharmacy Services

Got home from pick up and I had mints in my bag not my prescription. They wanted me to come back and get them. I’m 20 min away so they are delivering them tomorrow. Both the vm and the lady I spoke to were laughing. I feel like a brunt of a joke. Well, I don’t find it funny. I find it unprofessional.

Easily the best pharmacy in town. A while back, I had a panic attack when switching between anxiety medications, and a pharmacist stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, listening to me cry, convincing me I wasn’t dying, and telling me the symptoms I should watch out for that would require medical attention. A chain pharmacy would not do that. Another time, there was a supply issue with a medication I was on. They planned ahead and had scripts of 3ish days worth so that everyone could make it through the weekend until they could get more. When this happened at other pharmacies, I was just told “no,” that they don’t have any and to deal with it. The people behind the counter are kind and understanding and they seem to be motivated to make sure people are happy and helped.

Since Rite Aid stores began to close, it became apparent that it would be beneficial for me (and the other close members of my family, including my 98 year old dad), to transfer all of our prescriptions over to Brown's Advanced Care Pharmacy. This decision has turned out to be one of the finest I have ever made, especially where prescriptions/pharmacy ideas are concerned. I am truly experiencing a highly positive impact not only with myself, but for the others who were not able to handle this type of decision alone and without tons of information. I have been using Browns Pharmacy for years, because at those big chain pharmacies, I had always felt like a number to them, instead of a client and their lines were always at least a 30 min wait. At Browns, you receive the highest quality of customer service and your line is never as long as those big chain Pharmacies. A big plus as well is when your car is broke down or you just had surgery, they will deliver to you. Its nice to feel like you matter, instead of feeling like a number, wasting your time in line somewhere else. I recommend Browns to anyone that is looking for a high quality pharmacy with that home town feeling❤️
