Effective, healing bodywork. Whether it’s over use of a muscle, imbalanced muscles, trigger points, tightness and restrictions, sports injuries…Aaron knows how to focus on the right places to help clear it up. I always feel amazing when I leave, knowing that the issue is either resolved or is at least moving in that direction (not every issue is simple enough to be resolved in a single session). I’ve regularly returned to Aaron over the last 5+ years. He’s 100% professional, expertly knowledgeable of muscle, bone, and soft tissue anatomy. He is considerate of my exposed body (he uses drapes to cover and keep me warm, and doesn’t require me to remove any clothing that I’m not comfortable removing). While he’s not a doctor, he was even able to help me identify that an issue I had was due

His expertise at myofascial release and lymphatic massage is second to none-- I only wish I had the benefit of these therapies much earlier... I would have been spared so much pain. This is no ordinary massage-- this is like the most intensive physical therapy combined with a very grounding healing approach. If you have any pain or have experienced any trauma or high stress levels you owe it to yourself to have a session with Aaron.
