I have a hearing loss and wear hearing aids. I have seen a my share of audiologist’s , I can say with confidence that Dr. Arnold is the best audiologist I have seen. She is very knowledgeable and has taken great care and interest in my hearing disability. The entire office has been great in scheduling appointments. Dr Arnold takes time to make sure you understand what the best options are as far as what type of hearing aids you may need as in my case. I highly recommend her team.

I read an article recently that explained how Dementia and hearing loss can be connected. The article suggested that we should all get a base line hearing test so that a Doctor can keep track of any hearing loss. I searched different Audiologists and found Dr. Hyo Arnold. I called to set up an appointment and explained that I wanted to get a base line test. Dr. Arnold and Mark came right to my home which made it very convenient for me. I LOVE them both!! I didn't know what to expect as this was my 1st hearing test since "school days". I am now a senior citizen. I love that Mark (her husband) is her "right hand man" and takes care of everything from making the appointments to all other details of Administration and questions. And I appreciated everything that Dr. Arnold did for me!!

I have worn hearing aids for nearly 20 years, since my mid-40s, and have dealt with various hearing professionals and hearing aid technologies. The last six years of my life, my hearing had diminished so significantly that it was affecting everything in my life. I recently moved to Florida and have been having a difficult time establishing medical care here. Dr. Arnold and Advanced Audiology has been the wonderful exception! Dr. Arnold is so thorough and available and professional. She worked with me to verify my hearing loss and provide the best solution.
