A girl from their office called me last Friday, left a voicemail to call back if I want to schedule an appointment (my daughter was referred to their allergist). Her tone in the voicemail was so unwelcoming I did not rush to call them back that day. I called them back today and received the same unwelcoming discourse. She asked me a few questions and placed me on hold out of nowhere. I only knew I was holding after hearing the hold music. Without saying anything such as please hold, one moment while I look… nothing. I was left hanging not knowing what I waiting for. I disconnected the call. I felt that if I had uneasy feelings from the first 2 simple interactions there was no way I wanted to move forward with their services. MD. Reddy is so smart , helpful , amazing and caring . She took care of my 15month old son so careful . She answered all my questions , she was very demure about it all . she allowed to ask anything and everything without making me feel like I was annoying or “ asking too much “ she offered everything my insurance would cover and even what it didn’t and we would find a way to work with it if my son needed it or we had to go that route ( which we didn’t have to THANK GOD) . If you come here please ask for this MD you will NOT regret it especially if you have a child . Her character , her intelligence, her way of elaborating on your questions is outstanding she makes you feel right at ease .

I am extremely disappointed with the policy at this office regarding medication forms. My daughter was prescribed medication by her doctor, and her school requires a standard form to be filled out so they can administer it during the day (as needed). This is the same form that was filled out last year with no problem. To my surprise, I was informed there would be a fee just to have the doctor complete this form. This is unacceptable. If a physician prescribes medication for a child, there should not be an additional charge to provide the documentation necessary for the child to safely receive it at school. This feels like an unnecessary financial burden placed on parents, and it calls into question whether patient care is truly the priority. I expected more compassion and professionalism f

I called asking very basic questions about the process and pricing. The lady on the other end of the phone was not helpful. I asked her how much it would cost and she said it depended on insurance. I gave her my insurance provider and she said she needed the specific plan. I then said what exactly do you need, is there a member ID or plan number on my insurance card I can give you? She replied with, I need your entire plan. I said, what specifically do you need so I can get that to you? She then hung up on me! I called back and she declined my call. Completely unprofessional.
