Horrible. One hour appointment. Then lost all my paperwork and had no idea I was ever a patient there when I came to pick up my glasse. She needs to retire

I went in for an eye exam. Doctor Chu was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and so nice. She took her time to accomplish a very thorough exam then spent her time to explain in detail the outcome of it. I am very impressed with the services this office provides. Highly recommended.

She's nice. However, she's super unorganized, never answers the phone in her office and clearly never listens to her voice-mail because that thing is always full- so don't expect a call back.

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam during their lunch and left a message for a return call to set up an appointment. Nobody returned my call so I called back several times throughout the day to schedule an appointment, I kept getting a Recording!! They do NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS or PICK UP THE PHONE during Business hours!!!! I will take my business elsewhere!
