I had a very disappointing experience with AP Derm Chelmsford. I was referred for imaging, but the facility they initially sent me to doesn’t even perform imaging services. After I called to inform them, they referred me to another location and told me they would call back to confirm. I never received a follow-up call. As a result, I wasted $55 and had to use PTO for an appointment that led nowhere. I felt completely brushed aside and that my time and concerns did not matter. The lack of follow-through and communication was highly unprofessional. If you're looking for a dermatologist who values your time and provides proper coordination of care, you may want to consider other options.

I had a squamous cell cancer removed from the side of my nose last week by Dr Hayes and she and her assistant made me so comfortable with the procedure because I was so nervous about the mos surgery. It was completely painless and the results are looking great! Thank You So Much

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum for at least 25 years. Needless to say, I think that he is a wonderful physician. He has handled each of my issues with care and diligence. He is incredibly thorough and professional. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for appointments. Once I am in the examination room, he is able to diagnose and treat me promptly and efficiently. I've been seeing Dr. Rosenbaum for 10 years for my psoriasis, he is an excellent dermatologist, and I have seen many in my time. He is always friendly and helpful, always listens to his patients. His office staff are also wonderful and will always do their best to get you an appointment quickly. They don't overbook and stick to the schedule, so wait times are short - something I appreciate since I'm working. I cant imagine Dr. Rosenbaum ever being rude to anyone - I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer but not typical.

Everybody in Dr. Rosenbaum's office was pleasant and professional from the moment that I walked into the office till the moment that I walked out. After filling out my paperwork, which was minimal in comparison to some offices, I was taken into the exam room within 5 minutes. After the medical assistant got me settled in, Dr. Rosenbaum was in the room within 2 minutes. I did not feel rushed and he was willing to answer any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with his calm demeanor and professionalism. i would highly recommend this practice to anybody searching for a dermatologist.
