Tiara (Hope I spelled her name correct) was AMAZING I have a big family and I’m used to irritation and problems when trying to get us scheduled all at once We just moved to Norfolk and when I say she got us all scheduled and even got the notes on my daughters health without no problems was a blessing to this single mama right here THANK YOU

DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS PLACE. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE HERE. The front office and nurse are sooo incompetent it's insane. Blood work results getting lost TWICE from a CHILD. Had to go in to get the vaccine that the blood work was supposed to show if it was needed, and after waiting for an hour to be seen the dr didn't even know what he was supposed to be doing with the patient! And this isn't the first time the dr doesn't know why we're there after waiting over an hour to be seen! Besides the putting me on hold for 30+ mins when I call to make an appt or get information from someone about something and then the line getting "disconnected". I tried this place for months to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's like they don't know how to do ANYTHING and they AREN'T LEARNING. They need to im

This was my daughter's doctor first, I felt I needed to get from under CHKD affiliated doctors. My doctor was Greenbriar Dr. Sonia Patel. Had a bad experience that could have ended horribly for them so I stopped going to the doctor all together. I found out Dr. Beverly have adult patients so I started going and then the VA Community Care allowed me to attend Adult Pediatric Medical Associates on the VA's dime. As a result I am in a much better place. I mean I am in a really good place now. The care about my daughter and listen to my concerns about her. Check out them out for yourself and make your own decision but I am staying here as long as I can.

Supposed to be your primary care but tell you they're busy and never call you back regardless of if it's an emergency or not granted I understand the area is full or riffraff but that doesn't give people the right to handle everyone like ghetto children

I have been calling for weeks now… no one Answers and no one calls me back.. I have to take my child To kings daughters emergency room to get looked at … it’s crazy
