Never answer the phone. Office hours are super inconvenient for working parents. never updated me that they didn’t receive my son records from his old office until i asked which makes no sense bc they need those in order to vaccinate him properly. Now that we have moved we filled out paperwork to send his records that they do have and they have yet to send in his records. It’s just a mess. I can’t make him a new appointment until they send them over smh.

Never answers the phone. Left multiple voicemails over several weeks timeframe with no call backs. Asked for appointments through their online services twice with no contact. When submitted a normal "contact us", a different number on their site called me to schedule the appointment. Went to the appointment to find out the office is closed. Had even received text alerts that my appointment was today. Still no one answered the phone. Voicemail just says they are at lunch (at 2:30pm).

The staff at this office really cares about their patients. Everything I experienced with them has been top notch. Don't believe the negative reviews. You can definitely trust them with your family's healthcare
