Suncrest. Home health..whom.i used in the past were awesome. After I was in rehab , they came to my home for 6 to 8 weeks , I had to learn how to walk again and use my muscle strength. Emily , worked with me and kept me motivated , and made sure I never gave up ! My nurses Amberly ,Elizabeth, & Stephanie were also Great, they made sure my vitals were good, and always made sure if I ever needed them to be sure I called upon them . Jodie my aide whom ,helped bathed me and always made sure I was exceptionally clean. One time I had a major issue. I called the office ,& Jodie came to my rescue on a non scheduled day of mine. I don't know what I would have done without her that day..and of course I loved me some Doug & Rob , they always made me smile n thrive to work hard and always had high h

SunCrest Home Health has provided the WORST service ever. The nurses don’t show up. No one communicates and the office staff shifts the blame. I have experienced several home health care services in the past and they were all exceptional providers.But SunCrest is very unprofessional and I feel like they do not care about your love ones health! I DO NOT recommend SunCrest to anyone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I think the company is great, but they do have a nurse that doesn't care about the patients at all. If the nurse that was taking care of my mom was removed, then I'd probably have rated higher. Please take more time when hiring nurses, just because they interview well and seem nice when they are applying for the job, doesn't mean they are the best choice!

My mom had back surgery. Then she started having bad pains in her back. She notified the nurse,and she never showed up. So off to the hospital she went. She had an infection. Now that's she's home,she gets a call, one of her home health people tested positive for covid. You mean,these people,who go into people's homes,all day Everyday aren't required to be vaccinated?
