Excellent place. Warm and friendly staff. Calmed him down and were able to proceed easily. 10/10 would recommend. To elaborate: this is the opposite feeling of childhood dentist experiences. This feels homey, comfortable, and genuine care goes into every single step of the process. I am floored that we were about to find a place like this for our kids. Truly an awesome experience, and every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to engage with.

Great team that took wonderful care of my daughter. She was scared at the beginning, but Dr. Phan and Marian made her feel safe and calm. They are amazing. We really wanted to love this office because we genuinely liked the doctor and were hoping we had finally found our “forever dental home” for our family. Unfortunately, our experience with the billing and insurance side has been extremely disappointing. At no point were we clearly told that this office was out of network with our insurance. Instead, we kept hearing phrases like, “Your insurance policy doesn’t have an assignment of benefits,” which essentially means they are out of network. That was never plainly explained to us upfront. To date they still have not informed me of not being “in network” with their office I had to contact my insurance company to find out that we are not in network with them. They are fantastic! Both of my kids have seen Dr. Phan and Marian and they are wonderful and patient. They explained everything to my kiddos and were super thorough and straightforward with their care plan. They take great care in listening and prioritizing comfort and feeling safe. We found them for an emergency situation and are super happy to have found my kids' permanent dentist.

Love this office! They’re all so kind and patient, easy rescheduling and explanation of treatment. Leila was so patient and kind getting my 3 yo to feel comfortable! Will be back for every cleaning and treatment 😀
