Adom Family Medicine Center

I was at Adom Family Medicine Center for my immigration medical and I can say it is the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve being to. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over 3 hours before being seen. The staff was unprofessional and did not communicate any delays or offer any apologies for the wait. The waiting room was uncomfortable, making the long wait even more unbearable. It’s clear that they do not value their patients’ time. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone seeking timely and professional medical assistance.

I have been enjoying this service for 5 years and never have I to complain. The past 5 years this Dr in both his two offices have served me with distinction. Excellent and friendly front desk staff. Clean and serene environment. Dr is professional and excellent with his job. He spends a lot of time on each client and dedicate quality time with them. I was broken depressed,and hurt. He took me through all the process of getting back to my feet. When I returned with waist pain,he treated me and for 4 years now I have been fine. I could never have been any happier than this. The worst doctor I ever had. I have been waited for 1.5 hours even I had appointments.last time when I came, the office didn’t even open(I had appointment with them already) . The doctor , yam, never show up for two appointments. He just call his assistant on video call and instruct him to do everything, including vaccinate patient. The assistant is lack of experience and the information in my immigration medical exam is incorrect. So please double check the form they gave to you.

Met Dr Ofori when I was trying to schedule an immigration physical on short notice and he was amazing with his help. He went above and beyond what he should have done on my behalf to make sure I received quality and affordable service. This guy is not professional, he will give a price stating that includes everything but then will try to charge you more if you need another vaccine. I was looking a lower price since it’s an expensive process and save some 100 but I wouldn’t recommend him at all . Hopefully nobody will go thru this expirience with him . Good Luck
