Please do yourself a favor and get care from another practice, somewhere not affiliated with Berkshire Health Systems. This place doesn’t care about their patients! Discrimination against certain patients/conditions is office policy. They are completely unable to effectively manage complex cases.

I have always been treated with care and attention, Dr. V is knowledgeable, the wait times are short, the waiting room is comfortable, the lab is right there, good care and convenient.

It’s 🔴ok🔴.... HOWEVER, they bite off more then they can chew!!! They have over a half a year waiting list! That’s absolutely absurd!! I’ve NEVER heard of an office that’s actually accepting patience.... yet you can’t even see a doctor for almost 7 months!? Huh?? What!!?? Maybe it’s just me.... but if they’re that far out, I’m confused why they’re still accepting patience? Wouldn’t it make sense not to accept so many people for that far out in the future so people wouldn’t have to wait to see a doctor? If they did maybe 2 months that’s understandable.... I don’t understand 7 months being reasonable?? Some of us NEED a doctor for serious issues.... they should check the patient to see which cases are a more of an importance first rather then someone that’s just their to have a doctor in the

Fantastic staff and Dr. Cheung is a fabulous doctor. My only suggestion is that it would be great if they had a DROP OFF STATION for things like urine samples.
