I just want to say I walked in here with a pretty big issue, they listened and came back with a plan on paper and communication was too notch!! They did excellent work. They are very good at not shaming you but give clear instruction on how to get back to good health. When you walk in you are greeted with positive and great personality which was a good sign to me. I love how nice and positive everyone who worked with me was and that is not every place you go. Highly recommend

Great first time experience! Just moved to Independence, MO from out of state. Dr Silverstein was highly recommended by friends. Tabby(the hygienist)did a great job cleaning my teeth and completing the x-rays needed. She explained everything she was doing. Dr Silverstein has excellent “patient/dr” skills in friendliness; communication skills; and in listening to any concerns I had. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Very personable dentist and staff. I was made to feel comfortable with procedure and all questions answered thoroughly. It was the first time I experienced the bite rest.Helped in keeping my mouth open without too much strain. Nice. I was in and out in about 2 hours.

This office is money hungry. I was needing just an exam and I MADE SURE THEY KNEW THIS and they continued to push treatment on me. Go else where. I’d recommend to go to lees summit comfort dental with Dr.Robert. I regret coming this one.
