Adam C. McAlmont Studio is a clean, sanitized, and professional space. Adam is an excellent massage therapist. He is a kind, knowledgeable and compassionate human and the pressure was perfect for my upper and lower back. It is apparent that Adam has taken the time to really study the human body and how to heal it. He gave extra attention to my left shoulder without me mentioning that I was in pain in that area. I am looking forward to my next appointment with him!

Omg. Best. massage. Adam was amazing. I did the 50 min. Full body massage and he helped relieve a lot of my muscle tightness. Adam is very nice and was able to squeeze me in on the same day. Easy to make an appointment. He has the cutest calming set up!

His demeanor is always considerate to really listening to your ailments/concerns and his professionalism puts his services over the top! Excellent masseuse! Was dealing with lower back pain and Adam was able to really loosen things up. Not a Swedish (soft) style massage or the other extreme either - rather, a perfect balance of firm but gentle massage with acutely focused stretches as well as some pinpoint acupressure. Feeling so much better now! Thank you, Adam!
