Acute Urgent Care

2/3/26 Several weeks ago I was on Airport Highway and saw a woman crossing the street from the Urgent Care in the evening. It was single digits and she was not dressed for the weather, no coat no had no gloves. She informed me that Transportation had been called but did not arrive. Clinic staff told her she would need to wait outside as they were closing. When Transportation didn't arrive she was going to walk to Walmart which is over 2 miles away to get a prescription! I think it's unconscionable for a clinic to put someone outside in that kind of weather and leave them there. It would have been more responsible for one of the staff to take her at least to a gas station, if not to Walmart to make sure she was safe. She could have died out in those temperatures. Came in on a Friday evening for a suspected broken hand. Although they were busy, I was seen, x rayed, and out the door in about an hour, way quicker than I thought it'd be. Andre, at the front desk, was on top of everything, super welcoming and customer service was on point! My nurse (I feel bad I didn't catch her name), was quick, and extremely nice! Doc was amazing, talked to me like an actual human, didn't rush me out the door, kept everything chill. I hope I don't need another visit to an urgent care, but if I do, I know exactly which one I'll be returning to!!

Got there at 12:30 and they are on Lunch til 1. Understandable. Get inside and they are only doing primary care visits. Change your name if you’re going to primary care. What a waste of time

He's like an old time doc, looks, listens, explains. He saw a stress fracture my fancy orthopedic missed, recommended rest, no pills (old time, competent doc), and as I write now later, he was right. I've started taking my children there,. and the receptionist is charming

The doctor and one attendant were fine they actually bumped me up in line because I was having an allergic reaction but . . . the Chinese attendant was SUPER slow in getting me checked in. It took over an hour to get back in a room and there was only 4 people there when I got there. Go to your doctor or the ER don't go here. Nothing against the doctor he was very nice and did his job in a timely fashion.
