Acute Hearing

Acute Hearing is wonderful! I just purchased new hearing aids. I was able to try 2 different styles for 2 week each before deciding which one was better for me. This way I was much more comfortable with my decision. They staff is wonderful and supportive and share valuable information. I will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

A friend gave us Acute Hearing reference at just the right moment. Neurologist recommended hearing aids. Dr McDaniel and her staff were warm and welcoming. No high pressure sales pitch just hearing test and options for hearing aids. My Wife had difficulty adjusting to them. Dr McDaniel did 2 followup visits that helped out with adjustments to the aides and gently demonstrating the advantages and just how much better she could hear. Dr McDaniel is very thorough,technologically sound and thoughtful. Need to mention accommodating and no waiting. Recommended this office of Acute hearing highly.

They give thorough hearing tests and recommendations. I was impressed with how nice and knowledgeable everyone was. Update: after working with Dr. Alicia McDaniel for over a month, I couldn’t be more pleased. She listens to any issues or concerns and revises the program to resolve them. The programming she has done to my hearing aids has made a huge difference. It is the difference between listening to the world on a small portable speaker or through $2000 Bose towers. I can now hear the full spectrum of sounds. Highly recommend.

Very helpful about how to insert my hearing aids to help them stay in better despite using a face mask or wearing a helmet. Also very professional and non defensive about testing effectiveness of aides I was trying out from another provider. In fact, she even complimented me about looking for a better solution to my hearing difficulty. Unfortunately, no one yet has developed a perfect solution for my 71 year old, God given or natural hearing. I keep hoping that the industry keeps trying to improve their technology to deliver a perfect solution.

EVERYONE is caring and have your best interests in mind. Everyone's hearing issues are unique to them and Alecia takes all of that into consideration. They worked with me until we had the fit I needed. Easy to make appointments and they are wonderful to work with.
