Acupuncture Herb Center of Wayne

WARNING: The new receptionist with the septum piercing is ghetto and has an attitude problem. I don't know what happened to the other female receptionist(s) but this one forced me to walk out. From the confirmation phone call to the check-in, all I experienced from her was an unwelcoming tone and a negative vibe. I do not recommend this place for healing therapy and tranquility while she is the receptionist. People come here in pain and she needs to learn kindness.

I am no stranger to acupuncture and have had it in the past for purposes of fertility. When my husband and I were considering having another baby then suffered through a miscarriage, I decided to try the Acupuncture Herb center of Wayne. I couldn’t be a more satisfied costumer. The staff is courteous and professional, the wait time is minimal and the office is clean and comfortable. Helena Lee, my acupuncturist, was truly a caring individual who treated me not just as patient but as a friend. She is knowledgeable, caring and honest. Within 3 months of seeing her I was pregnant with, so far, a healthy little girl! Regardless of whether or not I became pregnant, I would continue to highly recommend her. Helena Lee and staff are just amazing . I’m a pianist and had injured my hand 2 years ago and couldn’t open my fingers . Within a month Helena and staff healed my hand . The best acupuncturist in the business !!

Simply put.. 74 years old, chronic terrible back for 50 years. Found them 2 years ago. Nothing short of a miracle. Pleasant, professional, full sessions and they actually care about how you are.

Such a wonderful, healing and tranquil place. Helena and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
