Acuity Optical - Palm Desert El Paseo

Ok, there's a lot of words here, but do yourself a favor and if you have any needs with your eyes, read 'em… 🥹 I went to this El Paseo, Acuity Optical location to get my eye exam for my new prescription done and it was the best choice I could've made! At first, when they explained to me that the exam would be done using some very high-tech new computer systems that they have there in the office and then a doctor would come online remotely to go over the information and finalize the correct prescription for me, to be honest, I was very skeptical and a bit hesitant. However, A friendly and totally professional and patient associate named LAURA promised me that it would go very well and that I would be very happy with the results so I took her word for it and gave it a shot... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first visit to Acuity Optical on El Paseo, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is inviting and beautifully appointed. It was also my first Telehealth eye exam, and I found it quite interesting and efficient. Laura and Carlos were both friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent eye care and service.

Alexis was incredible, she got us in on short notice and was patient and attentive when we hit issues confirming insurance. Oscar helped me through the exam and made sure to explain everything as we went. Absolutely 5 star experience, I'm definitely coming back for future appointments and glasses!!

I really enjoyed coming into this Acuity location. This was our 3rd visit and as always the service was amazing. Alexis is extremely nice and helpful. She took the time to explain everything and made the visit very comfortable. Her customer service is stellar. Previously we also dealt with Kendrick who also is very nice and extremely helpful. This is the best location to go to for our optometry needs. Highly recommended.
