The doctor was very thorough and cross checking of his previous prescription. Changed his findings slightly for better fitting of the contacts. They are quick at seeing you within about 10 minutes of your appointment time. Staff is very helpful. Nothing comes to mind that is at all negative. I would recommend the services they offer to others!

Good eye services, terrible billing. They were very good at my appointment. Then they sent me the bill. I paid it promptly, and the cancelled check image through my bank's bill pay service shows it was deposited by them. However, today I got a strange voicemail from "Patient Billing". I called back and they wanted my personal info. I told them I needed to know they weren't scamming me from another country. The woman's response was, "Don't I sound American?" Seriously??? I called the number on my Acuity bill. It was the same Patient Billing. They say my balance is "pending". I told her it needs to be shown as "paid".

Making the appt was simple, however no digital paperwork, and most importantly NO disclosure beforehand or when I arrived that this would be a virtual appointment. I question the ethics of this and the efficacy of a virtual appointment, especially in eye care, and without me deciding if that was okay for me. When the person helping me offered to let me speak to the manager, the manager declined as they were ‘busy’ with training. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would rather scoop my eyes out of my head with a spoon and be permanently blind than ever have to set foot in the PS Acuity Eye Group office ever again. I've spent 6 months try to get my two pair of glasses. So far, the perscription was wrong and I had to go back, the lenses were made wrong and I had to go back, the frames I received were defective and I had to go back, the frames broke within two weeks time, and I had to go back. It took five months and at least six visits to finally get my glasses right. And I had to give up on my original choice of frames because I just couldn't stand it anymore. Then I had an appointment with the opthamologist for another issue and waited two months to get in to see Dr Grewal. The girl at the front desk who greeted me told me I had an appointment for

I will not be going back to Acuity. I moved to the valley in late 2025. I wanted to have all my eye specialists in one office after having three different locations at my former location. My first appointment for and eye exam and new glasses was horrible. I have extenuating circumstances (retinal scar and floaters), and I felt like Dr. Kelsch did not listen and was just rushing me so as to get to the next patient. I tried to tell him that my issues cause me to struggle to see accurately. I picked up my new glasses a few weeks later, and they didn't really check to see if they fit correctly or that the progressive lenses were correct. I cannot use the glasses because I believe the prescription is incorrect. I went back for an appointment a few weeks later for an examination for my o
