Active Recovery Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab

I have played roller derby for ten years now, with one major injury and some minor ones. Jaleesa and Kristi have made me feel welcome and well cared for on every occasion that I have needed to see them. The majority of my visits have been with Kristi, and I really appreciate that she shares her knowledge and insight with me. Especially after my latest injury, I felt like I got so much more information from her than I did from my own doctors. I have a better understanding of my muscles, ligaments and bones because of her and it has really helped to give me the confidence and direction to properly care for myself moving forward.

They ALL are amazing! Thorough, caring and so knowledgeable in all aspects of the human body! They have brought me through two critical health issues and I came back better than before!!!! I will ALWAYS go to Active Recovery for my PT care ❤️

They are very flexible with appointment times and are able to get you in right away. Each and every one of those ladies has a great sense of humor, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to recover from something painful! Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical, and they take care of both. The only time I left there crying was not from pain, but from laughter! The soreness came later but it makes it a million times better when you can go through anything laughing and for them ladies I will always appreciate that and I'm sure we'll continue to in the future!!

Dr. Jaleesa & Kristi are Awesome at Active Recovery! Jaleesa helped with my lower back pain a year ago and I knew she would be able to help with my recent elbow injury. 💪🏻 They both have taken the time to listen, tape my arm, ice, ultrasound and give the stretches I need to be able to gain strength to massage again!
