Active Physical Therapy-Wellness

I went to Active for the First Time a Week Ago, I thought The Staff was Great, but had an Emergency and could NOT make it to me Next Appointment, called to Rescheduled and was told I had to pay a $50.00 Dollar FEE (Retired on Limited Income)that they put into All that paperwork! Fine Print. Didn’t even give me a Copy of What I signed! You get there to fill out paperwork and they expect you to read Everything. They need to put That Print in RED LETTERS and Also let you know, older people DO NOT READ All the paperwork. Have to take an Attorney Next Time! 😡

Nov 7, 2025 Oh, wow... I just called Active pt and the FIRST available appointment was on Jan 19th, 2026!!! Such BS. UNDER-STAFFED!!!

These people give you no individual care, and and give no direction on how to properly do the exercises. I never on e had direction from the actual physical therapist, just the physical therapy assistants. I had never given guidelines for how to do the exercises properly. This is because they have no idea what the proper form is, what muscles should be activated, ECT. Additionally I asked to a plastic bad to take with me, which is something that a physical therapist will just give you to take home anyways and they charged me 5$ which seemed petty. The staff are nice thou but I would feel ashamed to be giving out the level of care that is being given out here, and beyond that I think that someone can get injured with this level of negelance.

Professional and knowledgeable stuff. They are friendly and helpful. Jason made an exercise program to help target the pain area. Brandy is the greatest, after a few sessions my neck pain is almost gone. She knows what she’s doing, also conversations with her are always informative.Excellent!!! Highly recommend this office if you need a physical therapy.

Came here after having rib resection surgery. Lot of open space but you don't work with the Physio each appt. They assess you at the first and last appt and give you exercises to do. But noone is by you making sure you're doing it right. Tbh it's just a space with PT equipment. They do give you ample time to complete exercises but you could do a lot of these at home or thd gym. Gets pretty crowded in there so thats not ideal so you'll be sharing a lot of space.
