This is the most professional and attentive group of doctors and therapists that I have ever had. They give individualized attention and are kind, thoughtful, and always positive. I am impressed with their care and concern with progress toward a healthy physical lifestyle that is is manageable and focused on your needs. They have helped me with vertigo, balance and other issues that are due to physical limitations from an injury. Their personal programs for exercise have been exactly what was needed. The office staff is also professional and attentive to scheduling needs.I highly recommend Active Life Physical Therapy.

I was greeted by a friendly face which made me feel very calm. All the different people that help me through different sessions were very helpful and took time to explain why I should do different exercises. I would certainly recommend Active life to anyone. I found them in the phone book as I was looking for a new therapy place as my old one keep putting me off. After 4 months I got my phone book out and Active Life was the first one. I had bone on bone knee pain after injections still had pain when I started physical therapy I wasn’t sure how it would help and Michael explained his plan, we went to work I found in a couple visits my pain was all but gone. I found the staff to be professional and personal I would recommend their care for anyone in pain.I am walking my dog Sophie everyday without pain all because of the exercises they had me do.

I chose Active Life as my Physical Therapists following a total knee replacement. I am glad I did. My first appointment was only days after surgery, and they immediately began working me! While rigorous, the exercises were directed towards gaining strength and mobility. Not once did I feel pressured to go beyond my capabilities--but I was definitely challenged. And never pressured. Everyone cares at Active Life. The amazing front office staff always greated me by name, were very engaging and personable, and generally seemed happy to be there. I worked mostly with Dr. Tim, who is excellent at what he does and is very kind and supportive. I also worked a lot with Kenia--who actually made things fun (she could also be a comic if she chose to..). All in all it was a tremendous experie
