If I could give 10 stars I would... I cannot say enough amazing things about Christina Penny. She has been with me from day one of my ACL reconstruction surgery all the way through a knee scope cleanup for scar tissue all within 13 months of each other. That’s a long, challenging journey and she never once wavered in her dedication or support. What truly sets Christina apart is her ability to adapt. If something didn’t work as planned, she didn’t give up she adjusted and found a way to make it work for me. She truly thinks outside the box and uses every tool available to help her patients succeed. From dry needling and STIM to strength training and mobility work, she tried every technique in the book to get me back on track. I genuinely would not be where I am today without her commitment,

The therapists and staff at Active Life Jacksonville got me back where I wanted to be. I couldn’t be happier with my care and want to give a special shout out to Lauren Miller who worked with me, listened to my concerns and even got me to try dry needling (which really helped!). Christina and the rest of the physical therapists are extremely attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. I came in with major shoulder discomfort. Their work has practically got me feeling back to normal. Would recommend to anyone looking for physical help, increased mobility, flexibility, and strength.

I cannot recommend Lauren at Active Life Physical Therapy in Jacksonville highly enough. She has been been the best during recovery from my unexpected hip replacement. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to really understand what I needed and what I did not need. Every session was focused, encouraging, and actually enjoyable. Lauren explained everything clearly, gave me exercises that made a real difference, and helped me build back strength and confidence without ever pushing too hard. Thanks to her cheerful support, I’m back to my daily activities. I've been to different PT places for several surgeries/injuries, and I feel that Lauren has been the best for me.

I recommend Active Life PT. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Lauren helped to improve my elbow and never stopped being curious about what might help me the most. She listened and asked questions to ensure I got personalized care to get me back to my normal routine.
