I came to Active Health seeking supportive therapies to aid in recovery from a neurotoxin exposure. I made it clear during the phone consultation that I was happy with my current chiropractor, so I was ONLY seeking supportive therapies such as red light therapy. During the in-office intake, Dr. Watson said he would adjust me after taking xrays. I re-iterated that I did not want to be adjusted. He said, "If you don't want to be adjusted that's fine, but we do give you a massive discount on your first visit, so you can do any of the therapies that we offer." After that conversation, it was my understanding that one service would be included in my cost of $37 for the intake visit. Audry is great and the services are helpful. That said, the office policies are not acceptable. They require 100% payment upfront two weeks before any appointments. We moved on to someone else.
