Dr. Braver is a genius. However, office staff and billing are wretched. I was told that my insurance would cover services. For services that were not covered, I paid out of pocket. I kept getting bills for items that I told were already taken cared of. Worst medical billing issues I've ever had. For 2 pairs of orthotics and 3 visits, out of pocket cost me over $3000. And the first pair of orthotics were made incorrectly. Would not recommend.

DO NOT go to this office - it is not worth the stress you'll feel for years to come. Dr. Braver is fine as a doctor, but beware of the office and their billing department. I have not been to this office in years and when I left, I was accidentally overcharged and had a credit on my account (I still have the statement from 2 years ago saying there is a credit on my account). Yesterday I received an old bill in the mail dated back to 3 years ago claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars today. They didn't care that I had a claim statement showing a credit to my account postmarked after the date on this "new statement". Dr Braver has treated my flat feet with his custom orthotics. They are most comfortable. So much so I ordered another pair. Dr Braver is very knowledgeable and spends what I feel is sufficient time during the appointment. I never feel like he is rushing just to get to the next patient. His staff is very helpful and the exam rooms are always very clean. Important since you're standing in your bare feet.

My husband is a patient of Dr Klimek who in our opinion is awesome! My husband had to have surgery on his ankle and Dr Klimek took the time to explain to me exactly what he did to repair his ankle. I can't say enough about him and the staff.

I wish I didn't wast my time on 3 previous podiatrists, he diagnosed me right away, after a failed surgery too. He operated and recovery was great, 5.0 overall
