I've known DrBraver since i coached Track and Field in NJ in the 80s. We are both former distance runners. I moved to Colorado in the 90s and I've hiked many high mountains. However, I was unable to walk through the entire year of 2020 due to a bone spur and nerve damage. Covid didnt stop me but the spur crippled me. Two surgeries, multiple cortisone shots, dozens of PT visits, and 7 doctors were unsuccessful throughout that year. In Jan 2021, l travelled back to NJ and Rick preformed a nerve surgery plus he removed my plantar fascia and found the chip which had been broken from a previous surgeons removal of the offending bone spur. 2 years later my left foot is working well.
