I've been lucky enough to work with Kari for the past couple months and I've been absolutely thrilled with the results. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and has created a personalized program that has helped me achieve core strength, help with my posture and reduce back pain. I appreciate her positive attitude and the way she always pushes me to reach my full potential while ensuring I'm safe and comfortable. The exercises are challenging but appropriate, and Kari always takes the time to explain the importance of proper form, and adjust my form as needed. I would highly recommend Kari and team to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable physical therapist. They are awesome!

Everyone was extremely nice. Location isn't that hard to find. The exercises my therapist (Savannah) gave me were very helpful. She also did a great job explaining to me what was going on internally inside my knee that caused pain. Definitely would recommend to others.

An excellent facility for physical therapy. I have PT here since 2013 on several occasions. In 2013 I had a terrible ski accident with tibial plateau fracture, a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon tear. I was non-weightbearing for 16 weeks. Karie and her team worked diligently with me and got me back fully functioning. Since that experience I've been here for PT for other issues. Active Body PT really takes the time and interest in working with you, unlike many of the larger PT facilities in our NoVA area. I highly recommend them!

The therapist are knowledgeable & very helpful. There are days that I feel pain & think do I want to go, however, the exercises for my knees are so good & my therapist outstanding at getting me on track & feeling better & glad I came. It is a great place to get your aching joints better.
