My daughter participates in multiple sports and is growing quickly, and Claire has been instrumental in helping her stay active while safely rehabbing small injuries and addressing any weaknesses. She goes beyond standard care, helping my daughter better understand her body and feel empowered through strength training and stretching routines. Claire also stands out for her exceptional manual therapy skills, which are becoming increasingly rare in today’s PT space.
